    I am not the expert on YOU. I bring my education, training, and experience to help you navigate YOUR life and reach a version of yourself you want to be. Each client is unique and I will tailor my approach to help you be a healthier version of yourself.

  • Collaborative

    This means we work together to identify and prioritize your goals. We will partner to navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes, all the while moving toward your goals.

Modalities

I use an integrative therapeutic approach, which include, but is not limited to, the below modalities.

  • Strength-based approach of therapy that focuses on solutions rather than problem solving. The focus is on current situations and future hopes.

  • A goal oriented form of therapy that brings together behavioral therapy and psychotherapy. Focuses on patterns of thoughts and how they relate to relationships.

  • Utilized to empathetically help resolve ambivalent feelings that may be hindering the changes a client needs to make.

  • Encourages clients to increase their commitment to healthy activities and thoughts to become stronger individuals. This will mean accepting difficult feelings and thoughts.
